Blue Mountain Resort is located 90 minutes outside of Philadelphia and New York City in Palmerton, Pennsylvania. We have 3 lodges; The Valley Loge, Adventure Center, and Summit Lodge. Which lodge you arrive at will depend on what activity you are doing.

Looking to visit by bus? There is a bus that departs from Port Authority, New York and travels to two locations close to Blue Mountain Resort, Mt Pocono or Mt Airy Casino. From there, you could take a taxi, Uber, or Lyft to the resort.

Spacious free parking is available at the Summit Lodge and Valley Lodge. Select Premium Paid Parking spots are also available at each lodge for your convenience.

Yes, lockers are available at both the Summit and Valley Lodge.

Small Locker: $13

Medium Locker: $15

Large Locker: $20

You can pick up your ski or snowboard rentals at either the Valley or Summit Lodge.

Monday thru Friday: 8:30am to 9pm

Saturday & Sunday: 7:30am to 9pm

Thursday: 3pm to 9pm

Friday: 8:30am to 9pm

Saturday & Sunday: 7:30am to 9pm

Please dress warm and comfortable to ensure an enjoyable snow tubing experience! We have an on-site gear shop, True Blue, stocked with everything you will need for your day. Always make sure to check the weather for Palmerton, PA, as conditions may be different on the mountain than where you are visiting from.

Jacket/Pants: Wearing a jacket and pants that are both wind and water resistant will keep you warm and comfortable!

Layer Up: A good base of long underwear topped with a turtleneck or sweater will go a long way. You can always add or remove layers throughout the day.

Gloves: Wear water-resistant mittens or gloves.

Socks/Shoes: Wear comfortable, warm socks with waterproof shoes.

Arrive to and park at the VALLEY Lodge, located at the bottom of the mountain. Print your ticket at one of our pick-up boxes located outside of the Valley Lodge. Proceed to the Rental area located inside the large sliding doors. When you are ready for your lesson, meet the instructor outdoors, just outside the Rental area by the “Lessons Meet Here” sign.

Service member discount is 20% off the current window price at the guest services window for lift tickets and snow tubing tickets. You must show your ID for your organization, Active Military member or Retired Military must be present. This discount applies to active, retired military, police, firefighters, first responders, and EMTs up to 4 direct dependents. Rentals are not included for a military discount.

Blue Mountain Resort insists that all pets be on leashes and kept under control, Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets. We do realize, however, that not all pets that visit the Resort are comfortable with their surroundings. We reserve the right to ask anyone whose pet appears to be uncomfortable or is not under control to please leave the Resort.

Guests may not leave pets unattended at any time, including our guests staying at Blue Mountain Resort campgrounds. Pets are not permitted in any eatery areas and restaurants. Blue Mountain Resort does permit service animals in all areas excluding on ski lifts and ski trails open for skiing.

No pets are permitted at special events unless the event specifically invites pets to the event.

No, Blue Mountain Resort is not a smoke-free property. But smoking is prohibited in lodges, lift lines, and indoors.

All items found on the mountain or in our lodges will be taken to Guest Services at the Valley Lodge and can be picked up.

All lift tickets and lift ticket & rental packages are date specific and are non-transferable and non-refundable with the exception of the mountain closing due to inclement weather. Should the mountain close due to inclement weather, we can issue you a credit to your store account. Any Lift ticket or lift ticket & rental package adjustments needed may be made by chatting with a Live Chat representative. Reservations may be canceled and credited to your e-store account, with no charge, up to 48 hours before your reservation. A $20 fee will be added to any ticket requesting a date change within 48 hours of a reservation. After your reservation date, a $40 fee will be added.

If you lose your season pass card, you can get it reprinted at guest services for $10.

Yes, we offer WiFi internet service to support multiple devices.
