Choose from 5 levels of difficulty:
- Novice (yellow) This course is perfect for young children and first-time tree-top adventure seekers! This course is lower to the ground and fully netted. No helmets or harnesses are required. Any age is welcome on the Novice course, but anyone under 5 must be accompanied by a parent or older sibling.

Each course contains dozens of elements that will challenge you, build camaraderie and self confidence- all while providing plenty of thrills! The ropes course is perfect for creating memories with family and friends, or for team building with co-workers and teammates. Included in your Aerial Park ticket is also the Adventure Tower, where you can choose your own adventure and zip line, rock climb or free fall from the tower!

Do I need reservations?
All tickets MUST be purchased online. We strongly recommend purchasing in advance as ticket sales are limited. Buying in advance will ensure your spot in the park.
Where do I pick up my ticket?
You should arrive to the Summit Lodge, located at the top of the mountain, 1660 Blue Mountain Drive Palmerton, PA 18071.
Please scan the barcode in your confirmation email at one of our pick up boxes located outside of the Summit Lodge. Keep your ticket on you at all times. Each participant must carry their own ticket. Your 2 hour session will start the first time you scan your ticket.
Are there age, weight and height restrictions?
AGE: Must be 8 years or older for the intermediate, advanced & expert courses, and 6 years or older for the easiest course. For the Novice (Yellow netted course) children must be 5 years old or accompanied by an adult or older child.
WEIGHT: Must weigh between 50 - 250 lbs and fit comfortably in the provided safety harness. There is no minimum weight for the Novice course (Yellow netted course).
HEIGHT: Must have a minimum reach of 60" to base of palm or top of wrist (reach of 50" for the beginner course). There is no minimum height for the Easiest course.
*To measure height, stand tall and raise arm straight above the head. Measure the length from the toes to the base of the wrist.
What should I wear?
Wearing appropriate clothing for physical activity is strongly encouraged. Wear comfortable clothing you can move around in. Closed-toe shoes with rubber soles such as athletic shoes are recommended. Sandals, flip flops or Crocs are not permitted.
Hair, clothing, or objects that can get caught in ropes or zip lines should not be loose.
How long does it take?
Depending on your physical capability, each course will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Plus, you'll want to spend a few extra minutes to take in the spectacular view at the highest point!
What should I bring?
Bring: weather-appropriate items: sunscreen, water bottle, sunglasses, hat and jacket.
Do not bring: Some things to leave at home or in the car include: gum, candy jewelry and valuables. Rings, necklaces and earrings can be lost, broken and/or pose a hazard to you or a fellow participant.
It is strongly suggested to not carry phones, cameras, or any other objects that may fall and break.
Do I need to be in top physical shape?
The Summit Aerial Course can be physically and mentally challenging, but you do not need to be in top physical shape to participate. Guests should be physically able to grasp and pull ropes, climb, keep balance, and not have an extreme fear of heights.
Please inform the Summit Aerial Park staff if you or any participants have any medical or physical restrictions before participating.
What are the health precautions?
Pregnant women, people with heart conditions, arm or leg injuries, spine problems or other serious conditions, or persons unsure of their physical ability should consult their personal physician first, prior to attempting our challenge courses.
How do I schedule a group?
Is there a restroom on site?
Yes, bathrooms are located in the Summit Lodge.
What are the rules?
- No profanity.
- Smoking is not permitted.
- Never be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Obey instructions given by our Staff. When in doubt, ask for assistance.
- It is very important that all equipment is used safely and as directed.
- Never use an element when another person is on it — one person at a time.
- For your safety, never have more than 3 people on a platform at the same time.
