Please arrive at the Summit Lodge located at the top of the mountain. Check-in is inside True Blue Retail, just through the sliding doors of the lodge in the courtyard. Please arrive a half hour early to pick up your ticket and get outfitted for your session.
Guests must have a minimum reach of 62″ to base of palm or top of wrist to use the intermediate, advanced, and expert High Ropes Courses. To measure, stand tall and raise arm straight above head. Measure the length from the toes to the base of the wrist.
A minimum reach of 52″ is required for the beginner course. Our newest course, Sunshine, is fully netted and suitable for all sizes!
Guests must weigh between 50 and 250lbs and fit comfortably in the provided harness (excludes Sunshine Course).
Wear comfortable clothing you can move around in. Closed-toe shoes are required; sandals, flip flops, and crocs are not permitted. Hair, clothing, or objects that can get caught in ropes or zip lines should not be loose.
Bring weather-appropriate items such as sunscreen, a water bottle, sunglasses, a hat, and jacket.
Do not bring gum, candy, jewelry, and valuables. Rings, necklaces and earrings can be lost, broken, and/or pose a hazard to you or a fellow participant. It is strongly recommended that you do not carry phones, cameras or any other object that may fall and break.
Pregnant women, people with heart conditions, arm or leg injuries, spine problems or other serious conditions, or persons unsure of their physical ability should consult their personal physician first, prior to attempting our challenge courses.
