What to Expect at Blue Mountain Bike Park

The health and safety of our guests and employees remains the top priority at Blue Mountain Bike Park. Please review our new policies and procedures prior to your visit to the Bike Park. We are excited to have you back on the mountain, and look forward to providing outdoor adventure in a safe environment!

Bike Park COVID Safety

COVID-19 remains a public health threat across the world. As vaccines become more widespread, precautions and government mandates have evolved. Blue Mountain Resort continues to value the health and safety of our team members and guests. We will continue to adhere to all CDC and state recommended guidelines in our operating protocols.

Personal Responsibility

The greatest preventative measure we can take to slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus is to continue to follow healthy practices.

  • Wash your hands regularly
  • Stay home if you don’t feel well
  • Consider getting the vaccine if you are able

Face Masks

  • Regardless of vaccination status, face coverings must be worn inside all Blue Mountain buildings at all times.
  • Unvaccinated guests are asked to continue to wear a face covering outdoors when distancing is not possible. A full face helmet does not count as a face mask. Tubes/neck gaiters work great in conjunction with a helmet.

Chairlift

  • We will be loading a maximum of four bikes per lift tray.
  • If you are not comfortable riding with other parties, notify the lift attendant and wait for an available empty chair.
  • Guests may not sit in the chair directly behind the bike carrier to give the unloading attendant sufficient time to unload bikes and distance themselves from the unloading area.
  • Bikes will be unloaded and placed in a rack for guests to pick up.

Please note that we are following government recommendations and are doing our best to operate within those guidelines. These guidelines change on a regular basis and we must change our operating procedures with it. Always visit skibluemt.com for the latest updates.
