Snow Tubing Group Requirements & Booking Details
• Groups must reserve at least 1 week in advance to secure preferred time slots.
• Groups of 100+ guests require a 10% deposit at booking.
• Each group must have an 18+ group leader to manage communication and onsite logistics.
• All snow tubing tickets will be provided to the group leader at the Valley Lodge Guest Services window on arrival.
• Minimum height for snow tubing is 36 inches.
• Every guest—including children under 5—requires a tubing ticket and a signed release form.

Group Refund Policy

Snow Tubing Group Refund PolicySnow tubing tickets, group packages, day passes, and season passes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after purchase. Blue Mountain Resort may postpone activities during severe weather, but most events operate rain, snow, or shine. If the Resort makes an exception to the policy, refunds will be issued as a Blue Mountain Resort Gift Card. Always review local Palmerton, PA weather conditions before your trip.
