Ski & Snowboard Group Information:

  • To qualify for Blue Mountain ski group rates, reservations must be made at least one week in advance and include a minimum of 20 participants.
  • Each group must designate a group leader (age 21+) to coordinate tickets, which will be available for pickup at the Valley Lodge Guest Services window on your visit date.
  • Holiday dates are excluded from ski group discounts. 
  • Tickets will be made available to the Group Leader on the day of your scheduled visit. Group tickets should be picked up by the leader at the Valley Lodge Guest Services window. 
  • Ski group deals are not valid during peak holiday periods, including December 26–January 1, January 17–20, and February 14–17. Plan early to secure the best available rates. are not valid on holidays.
    • Holidays include: December 26th, 2025 through January 1st, 2026; January 17th through January 20th, 2026; February 14th through February 17th, 2026.

Group Refund Policy

All ski group tickets, packages, and activities are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after purchase. Blue Mountain may postpone activities for severe weather, but refunds are issued only as a Blue Mountain Resort Gift Card if an exception is approved. 

Blue Mountain Resort reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to severe weather, otherwise all events take place rain, shine or snow.  Please check the local weather conditions prior to planning your visit.  It is the policy of Blue Mountain Resort NOT to issue refund checks for any reason, however, the Resort reserves the right to make an exception. If an exception is made, refunds will be issued in the form of a Blue Mountain Resort Gift Card.
