Due to distancing guidelines, class sizes are limited. We highly recommended purchasing/scheduling your class in advance!

Obstacle Course Race Training (OCR)
Improve strength, mobility, stability and explosive movement! Whether your training for a upcoming race or just looking to get in your best shape- this class is for you! OCR is open to all ability levels.

CLASS STARTS SUNDAY, JULY 19th
A high-intensity, fast-paced workout made to maximize your time in the gym. Through channeling the athlete in all of us, you will dive into elements of speed, agility and teamwork using body weight movement and minimal equipment. Come in as an individual and leave as a team – The Refinery Fitness team! If this is your first time, please arrive at least 15 minutes before class to ensure you have everything you need prior to class starting.
