Get out and get active!  We have specialty classes for every night of the week.  Whether you're training for an upcoming race or just trying to get back into the swing of things, we have a class for you!

Class Schedule

One Time Classes:

  • Kickboxing: June 25th at 6pm
  • Paddle Fit: July 16th at 6pm
  • Martial Arts: July 23rd at 6pm
