Specialty Fitness Classes

Learn something new and fall in love with a different fitness class. Each class will be taught one Tuesday a month from 6pm-7:30pm.  Try Tai Chi, Crossfit, Kickboxing, Rock Climbing and PaddleFit for the ultimate workout. There will be a different instructor teaching each of the classes.  So come check out what other gyms and fitness centers in the area have to offer. These specialty fitness classes are included in the 16 week On Mountain Training package but can be purchased individually at a drop in rate.

PaddleFIT- July 31st

Take your workout to the water. PaddleFIT is a fun, low impact full body workout that is great for everyone! 

Paddle classes are taught by Kevin Nagle M Ed. from Beltzville Stand up Paddle, Kevin is World Paddle Association Level 2 certified PaddleFIT coach, ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, AHA Heartsaver First Aid, CPR and AED. 

This class will be located at Adventure Camp in the Valley.

CrossFit-August 28th

Come give functional training a try!  We cover all 10 elements of fitness and use only moves that would be called upon in life. At CrossFit we stay away from the biggest enemy to true fitness (a routine).

Rock Climbing-September 25th

Come join us for an evening of rock climbing on the Summit Adventure Tower at Blue Mountain Resort!  Taught by AMGA certified climbing guide Joe Forte, this class is designed to introduce the basics of rock climbing in a safe and fun environment.  We will cover equipment, movement techniques, footwork, and conserving energy.  Whether you are looking to try out the sport or improve your technique, this class is for you!
