Obstacle Course Race Training
Training for an obstacle race? Looking for a different workout? Want to build strength while having fun in a non-traditional setting? Check out OMT @ Blue's OCR training, where you will gain strength through conquering challenging obstacles and various strength training exercises.
This class will focus on learning and practicing techniques on various obstacles including monkey bars, rings, climbing walls, tire flips, weighted pulls, hoists and rope climbing.
OCR Classes are Friday 8am, Saturday & Sunday 10am
