OMT 2021 Fitness Class Schedule

Outdoor Yoga

Outdoor Yoga takes place on our Summit Terrace located just outside the Summit Lodge. Please check-in for class a half hour prior to start time at the Summit Terrace. PLEASE NOTE- all Yoga classes must be paid for online, there is no cash option. 

Day Description   

SATURDAY

8:30am-9:30am

INTERMEDIATE- Intermediate/faster paced class focused on Vinyasa Flow.

Paddle Boarding/Kayaking

Paddle Boarding and kayaking classes take place on the ponds located in the Valley of the mountain. Please check-in for class a half hour prior to start time at the Valley Lodge counter.

Obstacle Course Race Training

Our Obstacle Course Race Training classes (OCR) take place at our OCR site located in the Valley of the mountain. Please check-in for class a half hour prior to start time at the Valley Lodge counter. 

Day Description   

SATURDAY

8:30am-10am

INTRO TO OCR- a beginner OCR class that will teach you the basics of conquering a variety of obstacles. No prior obstacle experience is needed.

SUNDAY

8:30am-10am

OCR CAPACITY- a combination of obstacle features and high intensity interval training. This class will help you learn compromised training methods and manage energy output, as well as work at a high heart rate while seeing success on challenging obstacles. It is advised that you attend Intro to Obstacle Training before attending OCR Capacity.

NEW Mindfulness & Stress Reduction

Ever wonder what the impact of chronic stress has on your health and well-being?  Interested in learning strategies to reduce stress? Led by clinical psychologist Robin Carosella, these 60 plus minutes will be full of psychoeducation and strategies aimed to broaden your understanding of how stress affects each of us and ways to elicit relaxation and incorporate mindfulness into your daily life. Please dress comfortably as this will be an active class. This class is located on the Summit Terrace.

Classes are held the first and third Wednesday of each month starting at 6pm.

July 21st, August 4th, August 18th, September 1st and September 15th.
