We’re excited to announce our ever-popular Easter Buffet is back on the mountain! Celebrate Easter with your family and friends at Slopeside Pub & Grill. New for 2023, we’re now offering a Brunch and Dinner Buffet option, both packed with your traditional favorites!

Easter Brunch Buffet Menu

Served from 10am to 2pm on Easter Sunday, April 9th.

Omelette Station

Whole Egg or Egg White Omelette topped with your choice of Ham, Bacon, Sausage, Crab, Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Asparagus, Scallions, Pepper Jack, Cheddar or Swiss Cheese.

Bread Station

English muffin, white, rye, whole wheat, bagels, croissants, donuts served with whipped butter, cream cheese, and assorted jams.

Breakfast Classics

Pancakes, French Toast, Bacon, Sausage Links, Scrambled eggs, and Breakfast Potatoes.

Carving Station

Featuring Country Ham and Turkey Breast served with Country Style Gravy.

Vegetables

Cheesy Cauliflower and Mixed Seasonal Vegetables.

Potatoes

Roasted Red Potatoes and Whipped Garlic Potatoes.

Pasta

Penne Bolognese and Farfalle Primavera, served with Focaccia Garlic Bread.

Protein

Pecan Crusted Atlantic Salmon topped with lemon Beurre Blanc and Chicken Marsala.

Appetizers

Cheddar Apple Grits, Peel & Eat Shrimp with lemon and cocktail sauce, Smoked Salmon, House/Caesar Salad, and Fruit Display.

Chicken Fingers, Mac & Cheese, Penne Marinara, and French Fries.
