Science of Sliding | Blue Mountain Ski Area

Blue Mountain Ski Area would like you to be a part of a Science of Sliding field trip to our Snow Tubing Park. We want to be able to safely bring the science classroom outdoors and discover how science applies to real life in motion. We can’t think of a better way to study! This three to four hour hands-on field trip includes tube rentals, lift rides, most of the equipment needed for the experiments and all the fun you can rally going down any of the 21 slides with three levels of excitement.

Reservations are required with a minimum group size of 25 students and a fee of only $12 per student. The field trip is available weekdays from 10:00 am until 1:30 pm only and is weather sensitive: December through early March please. Blue Mountain will pay for 50% of travel costs.
