One Time Group Ski, Ride and Tubing Rates & Information

A group is a minimum of 15 paid members.  The group leader must be a responsible adult 18 years of age or older.  As the group leader you are the contact between Blue Mountain and your group.

Making Reservations:
Blue Mountain requires as much advance notice as possible for a group of 15 or more. Blue Mountain always strives to reduce overcrowded conditions; therefore we strictly limit the number of groups accepted on any one day.  To avoid disappointment, it is highly recommended to give a minimum of 72 hours advance notice for all groups with 15 or more participants.  Call the Reservation Center at 610.826.7700, x. 1547 or email mygroup@skibluemt.com to make a reservation or for more information

One Time Group Rates, Rental & Lesson Discounts

ONE DAY VISIT – Advance Registration Prices: (must purchase a min. 72 hours in advance)

If you are unable to preplan your trip to Blue Mountain, don’t worry we have a special discount for you.

ONE DAY VISIT – Day-of Registration Prices: (prices set for day-of/ walk-up groups)

PLEASE NOTE - Both Advance and Day-of Groups receive the following:

* One FREE ticket for every 15 paid tickets.  All lessons are group station or improvement lessons.
* First time package includes:  lift ticket for the 2 school hills, equipment rental and first time lesson.
* Add only $10 to a lift ticket to include Snowtubing!
* Children 5 and under do not need a lift ticket and are not compatible with our group lessons; therefore, they do not count when totaling your group numbers.
* The cost for Snowtubing is a per person price; adults and children are the same price.
* Minimum height requirement for Snowtubing is 36” or taller.

GROUP Parental Release of Liability & Equipment Rental Agreement. This document must be filled out completely and signed by the Parent or Legal Guardian of those under 18 to participate in the pre-paid Multi Visit Group program.

TUBING RELEASE 

When You Arrive to Blue Mountain:

Groups with Snow Tubers Only -
 Go directly to the Valley Lodge at the bottom of the mountain
 Have the entire group remain on the bus or in vehicles
 ONLY the group leader(s) proceed to the Group Sales Area
  Monday to Thursday in the Valley Rental Shop
  Friday to Sunday/holidays at the Tubing Ticket Window
 Group leaders pick up/purchase passes and return to group for distribution
 Each person should insert only one pass into jacket or pants pocket
 Buses take group to the Snow Tubing Area at the Adventure Center (if necessary)
 Buses follow signs to "Bus Parking Area" upon dropping off group

Groups with Skiers/Snowboarders/Snow Tubers -
 Go to the Valley Lodge or Summit Lodge; keep in mind Snow Tubers must get to Valley
 Have the entire group remain on the bus or in vehicles
 ONLY the group leader(s) proceed to the Group Sales office
 Group leaders pick up/purchase passes and return to group for distribution
 Each person should insert only one pass into jacket or pants pocket
 Skiers & Snowboarders may proceed directly to slopes or to Rental office
 Skiers & Snowboarders may also proceed to Ski School if a lesson is scheduled
 Snow Tubers must proceed to the Valley Adventure Center for Snow Tubing
 Buses should follow signs to "Bus Parking Area" upon dropping off group
