PLEASE NOTE:* School Group Leaders will receive a Season Pass and 10 complimentary lift tickets for every 15 paid members. Non-School Group Leaders will receive a Season Pass for every 15 paid members. A Season Pass may be converted to 20 complimentary lift tickets if preferred. **Friday thru Sunday Night Groups are Date and Time Specific ONLY
• Limit one pass per person per season (NO Exceptions)
• Remaining credits may be used anytime beginning February 21, 2012

MULTI-VISIT GROUPS
GROUP SALES POLICIES & PROCEDURES:A group is a minimum of 15 paid members. The group leader must be a responsible adult 18 years of age or older. As the group leader you are the contact between Blue Mountain and your group.
Prior to processing your group we will require a legibly completed Liability Release/Group Membership Form for each person participating in your group. This form requires a signature of the parent or legal guardian for any memeber under the age of 18. Please keep in mind that participants include group members, group leaders and chaperones. In order to process your group the Group Sales Department will require a completed release and roster along with your payment by November 11th, 2011.
The Blue Mountain Ski Patrol wants you to keep safe. At no charge to your group, we are willing to give a safety presentation. If you are interested, simply contact our Ski Patrol Group at presentations@skibluemt.com.
