We want to make your group trip to Blue Mountain as fun, affordable and easy as possible. Discounted lift tickets are available to groups of 15 or more. You can find our group rates and fill out our online Request for Proposal form. We offer group rates for the following: - One-day visits

Group Reservations are required. GROUP SALES POLICIES & PROCEDURESMaking Reservations Please make reservations at least 2 weeks in advance. Blue Mountain requires as much advance notice as possible for a group booking. Blue Mountain always strives to reduce overcrowded conditions, therefore we strictly limit the number of groups accepted on any one day. To avoid a disappointment, a minimum advance notice of 2 weeks is required for all groups. When you call or write, please provide the following: - Specific dates you want to reserve.
- Number of skiers, snowboarders, or tubers in your group.
- If your group consists of both adults and youths, please provide the number of each.
- Approximate number of lessons/rentals you will require.
- Estimated time of arrival.
When You Arrive at the Mountain Groups with Snow Tubers Only: - Buses go directly to the Valley Lodge at the bottom of the mountain.
- Tubers remain on the bus.
- Group Leaders ONLY proceed to the ticket area.
- Group Leaders return to the bus and distribute tickets.Tubers should attach lift tickets to their jackets or pants while still on the bus.
- Buses take tubers to the "Snow Tubing Area."
- Buses follow signs to "Bus Parking Area."
Groups with Skiers / Snowboarders / Snow Tubers:
- Buses go to the Main Lodge at the top of the mountain and follow signs to "Unloading Area."
- Skiers / snowboarders / tubers remain on bus.
- Group Leaders ONLY proceed to the Group Sales Window. (Top Lodge - left of the main ticket windows.)
- Group Leaders return to the bus and distribute tickets.
- Skiers / snowboarders / tubers should attach lift tickets to their jackets or pants while still on the bus.
- Skiers & snowboarders may proceed directly to slopes or to the Rentals area.
- Snow tubers proceed to the "Snow Tubing Area," near the Valley Lodge.
- Buses should follow signs to "Bus Parking Area" upon dropping off passengers.
